The space is a free-flowing, open floor plan of wood, stone, and glass textures designed to enhance the movement of large numbers of sales tours through the facility while providing a comfortably inviting, semi-private atmosphere for the client.

BROADWAY AT THE BEACH - Opened in summer 2009, the new storefront sales facility at the famous "Broadway at the Beach" entertainment and shopping meca in Myrtle Beach, SC offers Holiday Inn Club Vacations the perfect opportunity to directly target large numbers of vacationers with sales promotions at one of country's premier vacation destinations.

SIGNATURE UNITS - In keeping with it's commitment to offer members the highest level of comfort possible on their properties, Holiday Inn Club Vacations has recently completed renovations on four units as models and prototype for their "Signature" line of one and two bedroom units at their South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. These units offer upgraded finishes in an "Arts and Crafts" style with slate and hardwood floors, stone fireplaces, coffered ceilings, Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and high-end fixtures throughout. Living Rooms offer 52" flat screen plasma TV's with surround sound and Blu-Ray disc players. Extensive use of crown and picture moldings, cypress timber mantles, deep-stained Maple cabinets, and wood bead-board paneling complete the "Craftsmen" feel of the units.
