Arbours at Fort King Apartments is the first project WPC has worked on with Arbour Valley Development, LLC., who primarily develop smaller, affordable housing and market rate apartments throughout the southeastern United States. The complex is located in Dade City which has an 'Old Florida' atmosphere unspoiled by large scale development and is home to a larger than normal number of antique stores thus lending to the charm of the town.

This project consists of 94 apartment units situated in 11 buildings. The units in these buildings are not what you would expect for affordable housing. What you get instead is an apartment that would be classified as high end.

Interior appointments include upgraded carpet in all of the bedrooms with 18" ceramic tile throughout the remainder of the units. The black on black appliances are also upgraded to include a side by side refrigerator and a glass top self-cleaning ranges. Granite countertops abound throughout.

As a result of the need for these type of occupancies, in these tough economic times, two weeks after the final building received a Certificate of Occupancy, the entire complex was 100% occupied.
