The development spans 27.3 acres and features a combination of apartment buildings and carriage homes totaling 338 units.  

At the heart of Aston Park is an 11000 square foot clubhouse serving as a central hub for social engagement wellness and recreation. WPC provided comprehensive construction management and general contracting services for Aston Park ensuring the successful execution of site development and infrastructure residential construction community amenities and sustainable features.

The site development scope included land clearing grading and preparation for residential and community spaces as well as the construction of roadways pedestrian pathways and parking facilities. The residential component consists of garden-style apartment buildings with a mix of one two and three-bedroom units along with carriage homes that offer an alternative residential style all featuring high-end interior finishes including granite countertops stainless steel appliances and smart home technology.

The community amenities are designed to promote a high-quality lifestyle and include a resort-style pool with a decorative fountain and ample lounge seating a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and an outdoor yoga lawn a sauna and steam room for relaxation an outdoor grilling area for resident gatherings a sports lounge featuring a golf simulator a massage room offering spa-like services and a dog park and dog washing station to accommodate pet-friendly living. Sustainability was also a priority with the integration of high-performance building materials smart irrigation systems energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems.
