WPC is thrilled to collaborate once again with Kimaya, LLC on Aston Square Apartments. We are also nearing completion of Aston Park, another high-profile project with Kimaya, LLC, reflecting our shared vision and dedication to positively impacting the community. Our first collaboration in 2017 with the Champion Vue Apartments in ChampionsGate, Florida.
Aston Square Apartments is a 17-acre development, a testament to modern residential architecture and thoughtful community planning. The development consists of four 4-story apartment buildings, housing a total of 287 dwelling units, covering an impressive 333,000 square feet. This includes:
11,000 sq. ft. Community Center: A hub for social interactions and community activities.
4,000 sq. ft. Leasing Office: Designed to facilitate smooth and efficient property management.

This project has been a collaborative effort involving key partners like TOHO Water Authority, City of Kissimmee, and MTCI Private Provider Services, LLC. Their instrumental roles have been pivotal in ensuring the successful progression and completion of Aston Square Apartments, underscoring the importance of strong community and municipal partnerships in achieving such milestones.
The grand opening of Aston Square Apartments was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting event in May, organized by the Osceola Chamber of Commerce. The event was graced by the presence of the client team from Park Square Homes, highlighting our ongoing partnership with Kimaya, LLC, a division of Park Square CRE.
