The construction process has been an incredible journey, showcasing the meticulous planning and craftsmanship that WPC brings to every project. From the first shovel in the ground to the final finishing touches, every phase reflects our commitment to Building Beyond the Blueprint®.
The foundation was the first crucial step in this project, carefully laid to ensure the stability and longevity of the community. With the groundwork complete, the structural framework began to take shape, as concrete and steel walls rose to define the buildings’ form and strength. Another significant milestone is enclosing the structure with roofing, windows, and doors. This stage not only provides shelter but also allows us to weatherproof the buildings and prepare for the intricate interior work. Alongside the enclosure process, utility rough-ins for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems were meticulously installed, ensuring that every apartment will be equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Currently, we are focused on the finishing touches for the exterior walls, adding weatherproofing, modern architectural details, and sleek window installations. These efforts are giving the community its signature style and setting the stage for landscaping and outdoor amenities that will complete the project’s exterior environment.
Looking ahead, our teams will soon begin transforming the interiors into luxurious living spaces. This phase includes installing drywall, cabinetry, fixtures, and flooring, creating homes designed for comfort and modern living. Once the interior is complete, final inspections and quality checks will ensure that every detail meets our exacting standards.
