Union Terminal Warehouse

The Union Terminal Warehouse in Jacksonville, originally completed in 1913, underwent a remarkable historic adaptive reuse, led by WPC and Columbia Ventures. Covering 330,000 square feet, this iconic structure was once Florida’s largest warehouse and served as Jacksonville’s largest industrial building for decades. And in 2025 it was revitalized through a blend of preservation and modernization. The building includes 228 apartments, 43 small business spaces, and 11 light industrial spaces. The building also includes spaces for tenant build out of a coffee shop, and restaurant. WPC’s role in the transformation of this 109-year-old landmark involved complex restoration work rarely seen in typical multifamily projects. The scope includes asbestos and lead remediation, extensive concrete restoration, and a mix of new and old construction techniques that seamlessly integrate modern functionality while maintaining historical integrity.
Hilton Grand Vacations Chicago Sales Center

HGV selected a 6,000 sq. ft. space located in the Magnificent Mile area of downtown Chicago for their Hilton Grand Vacations Sales Center. The renovation consisted of a complete demolition of an existing restaurant and bagel shop. The new sales center has a reception lobby which utilizes a touch screen check in. Unique sales pods offer spaces for new members to learn about the benefits of HGV.
Buena Vista Palace Recreation Island

The highlights of this lush oasis are the beach-entry style Pool, an 11,180 sq. ft. lazy river lagoon, and a traditional 4,400 sq. ft. lap pool that was constructed along the perimeter of the elevated Shades Pool Bar and Restaurant, which features innovative signage details.
XL Soccer World Orlando

WPC transformed what was previously an abandoned racquet club into XL Soccer World, Orlando’s leading indoor soccer facility. The 50,000 sq. ft. indoor soccer arena, used for recreational and league play, was built on a 5.7-acre site and includes two state of the art 6v6 soccer fields. The main fields consist of the latest generation of synthetic turf used by professional teams. The facility includes office space, a sports bar, party room, and restrooms with modern finishes.
Avanti Resort

Located on the popular International Drive in Orlando, the Avanti Resort was a renovation and new construction project. Renovations included expanding the 9,500 sq. ft. registration building to include enhanced guest check-in space and an elevator for future business service areas. New construction included a 6,700 sq. ft. restaurant featuring a full kitchen to service the hotel grill and adjacent pool bar. This amenity-rich resort includes a game room, volleyball courts, spa, pool deck with fountains, and a fitness room overlooking the zero-entry pool.
